The Plattering Co. Pte Ltd, known for its beautiful grazing tables and creative catering buffet setup displays, sharing platters, bowls and bentos and unique catering setups. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive / Customer Success Executive to join our catering service team. This dual-role position focuses on driving sales growth while also ensuring client satisfaction and retention. You will be the bridge between our clients and operations, ensuring that each event is handled professionally from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to new inquiries via phone, email, or social media and convert them into confirmed bookings.

  • Prepare and present tailored catering proposals and quotations based on client needs and budgets.

  • Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM tools.

  • Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services (e.g., event packages, staffing, decor).

Customer Success Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle—from inquiry to post-event feedback.

  • Ensure all client requirements (dietary preferences, event details, schedules) are accurately communicated to the operations team.

  • Proactively resolve any client concerns before, during, or after events to ensure a positive experience.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to support service improvement efforts.

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality (catering experience is a plus).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking tools.
