Job Summary

Manage and grow client relationships while developing and executing sales and marketing plans for OEM products and produce. Handle customer enquiries, quotations, promotions, and event-related orders, and identify opportunities to penetrate new markets. Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Develop and execute marketing and sales plans for OEM items and produce
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Plan and implement promotional activities for OEM products
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and event-related orders
  • Identify and initiate action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Follow up on all matters related to customer events and functions
  • Coordinate effectively with chefs and internal sales coordinators
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/Nitec, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
  • Preferred to have a minimum of 2 years sales Horace sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to speak additional languages/dialects is an advantage
