Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to grow the company's customer base and market presence.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and improve sales performance.
  • Organize and manage sales promotions, in-store events, and visual merchandising displays.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Provide regular training sessions to equip staff with strong product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Conduct performance reviews, set team goals, and track progress to ensure targets are met.
  • Manage staff scheduling, including coverage for retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage inventory levels, initiate stock replenishment, and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries.
  • Ensure the retail space maintains outstanding hygiene and organizational standards.
  • Perform administrative duties, including managing sales documents, processing payments, and preparing sales reports.
