Job summary

A reputable building services company in Singapore seeks a Sales Executive to drive project leads through customer inquiries and market analysis. You will engage with key stakeholders, prepare proposals, and analyze market trends in the waterproofing admixture industry. Job Responsibilities
  • Prospect new project leads through customer inquiries and platforms like BCI Asia and Gebiz.
  • Conduct site visits to check project signage and gather information.
  • Cold call developers, architects, consultants, and contractors to schedule meetings.
  • Meet with stakeholders (architects, consultants, developers, and owners) to discuss project proposals.
  • Prepare proposals including product specs, budgetary costs, and mock-ups for approval.
  • Attend tender interviews for main contractors and shortlisted subcontractors.
  • Manage and update project leads and client data in the ERP system.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor product specifications in the waterproofing admixture industry.
  • Monitor market share for strategic planning.
  • Follow up on projects during pre-tender and tender stages, providing timely feedback and coordination.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Diploma or higher in any discipline.
  • Possess Class 3 Driving License with own transport (company transport option available).
