Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and customer engagement.
• Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clinicians and hospital staff.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and project timelines.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including training and troubleshooting.
• Follow up on leads from trade shows, marketing campaigns, and digital channels.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Prior experience in Engineering or Medical related field would be an added advantage
