Job summary

Une entreprise de gestion RH à Singapour recherche un ingénieur commercial pour gérer les relations avec les clients et les ventes dans le secteur de la construction. Les candidats doivent posséder un diplôme en ingénierie ou en marketing avec au moins 4 ans d'expérience. Qualifications

• Connaissance des produits d'éclairage est un avantage.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to promote long-term business growth.
• Promote the company brand and raise product awareness through presentations, emails, and marketing efforts.
• Prepare sales and technical materials, and conduct live demonstrations to explain product features clearly.
• Manage product samples for the sales team and ensure clients receive timely product updates.
• Handle sales enquiries, attend site walks/surveys, and propose solutions based on customer requirements.
• Understand technical aspects of products and explain them effectively to clients.
• Prepare and submit sales quotations and tenders, and negotiate contract terms.
• Follow up on enquiries via email and phone, resolve product usage issues, and secure confirmed orders.
• Manage project execution, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and monitor progress until completion.
• Attend to maintenance issues during the Defects Liability Period (DLP) and handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
• Minimum 4 years of engineering experience in the local construction industry.
• Knowledge of lighting is an advantage.
• Product training will be provided.
