Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is looking for a skilled professional to assist in technical proposals and product pricing. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and at least 3 years of experience in the precast concrete industry. Job Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager/Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager in technical proposal and product pricing for customer during pre & post project tender stage.
• Establish relationships with designers, architects and consultants to identify opportunities to precast components for construction projects.
• Identify market trend and leads as well as competitors’ analysis.
• Build a network with main contractor & develop a productive relationship with them.
• Work closely with prospects and generate new opportunities related to our products.
• Provide consultancy advice with respect to product specifications.
• Create a business model which will create value selling

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management from a recognized institution.
• At least 3 years working experience in related construction industry environment, such as precast concrete construction technology & knowledge in precast concrete products design
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player.
• Candidate will work closely with the QS, project and production team to derive a proposal.
