Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand market share and penetrate new segments.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and key accounts.
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert during sales presentations and product demos.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized proposals and presentations aligned to client requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding product implementation and benefits.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Attend customer meetings, audits, and industry events to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements & Skills
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in electronics manufacturing with proven business development and sales track record.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans. Technical proficiency in magnetic components and related electronics.
  • Traits: Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and able to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel regionally for client engagement.
