Job Description
- Lead Anti-Counterfeit Solutions division as a Commercial and Ops Leader by building a client‑centric culture, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Oversee the flawless delivery and implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet client specifications and timelines.
- Responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.
- Develop and execute the divisional business plan and strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Drive the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and pipeline management to closing large, enterprise‑level contracts.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential acquisition targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and counterfeit threats.
- Oversee the go‑to‑market strategy for new products and features.
- Position the company as a thought leader in the anti‑counterfeit space through content, whitepapers, etc.
- Hold full P&L responsibility for the division, including revenue, margin, and operating expense targets.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for senior leadership.
- Implement cost‑control measures while ensuring optimal investment in growth initiatives.
- Analyze financial data to make informed strategic and operational decisions.
- Work closely with Marketing and Product Development teams to define the product roadmap based on market needs and competitive analysis.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross‑functional team including sales, marketing, solution engineers, and client success managers.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is advantageous)
- Possess more than 10 years commercial leadership experience
- Possess deep understanding of the anti-counterfeit/brand protection/supply chain security/traceability landscape
- Knowledgeable in anti-counterfeit technologies (e.g., serialization, track & trace, RFID, NFC, holography, digital platforms)
- Prior experience engaging with Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Food & Beverage industries is advantageous
- Proven track record in achieving & exceeding revenue and profitability targets and P&L management
