A leading Cybersecurity firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced Sales Director to drive growth and expand their market presence. The role involves building a robust sales pipeline, managing alliances with partners, and engaging C-suite stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity sales and a proven track record in the industry. We are partnering with a Singapore headquartered cutting-edge cybersecurity firm that specialises in helping organisations stay ahead of evolving cyber‑threats by going beyond traditional vulnerability checks. Their approach includes automated, AI‑powered threat simulations, ongoing exposure management, and comprehensive validation of detection and response capabilities. Due to business expansion, they are looking for an experienced Sales Director to drive revenue expansions and accelerate growth efforts.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and managing a strong sales pipeline, leading the end‑to‑end sales cycle, and expanding the company’s presence through strategic customer and partner relationships. You will cultivate and manage alliances with resellers, system integrators, and security partners, while also maintaining deep, long‑term relationships with existing enterprise accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities. A key part of the role includes engaging C‑suite stakeholders, facilitating customer workshops, shaping go‑to‑market strategies in collaboration with internal teams, and delivering accurate forecasting and performance reporting to executive leadership.
The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 8 years of Sales, Business Development, and/or Account Management experience within the Cybersecurity sector. You will come with proven track record in selling AEV, VAPT or other related Cybersecurity products or services. You will also need to be a strong Sales Leader with ability to cultivate sales pipelines from start to closure. As the firm is a fast growing start‑up, you will need to be agile & strategic with ability to identify growth opportunities.
