We are expanding rapidly and looking for a Sales Director who can lead our growth efforts, drive revenue expansion, and establish strategic customer and partner relationships.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join the digiDations team. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through strategic account development, partner ecosystem expansion, and executive-level customer engagement. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with deep cybersecurity industry knowledge to lead the sales process, build lasting client relationships, and accelerate digiDations’ market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • PipelineOwnership: Build, manage, and grow a high-quality sales pipeline across target markets and verticals.
  • SalesLeadership: Lead sales process, from lead qualification to closing deals.
  • PartnerEcosystem Development: Identify, onboard, and nurture partnerships with resellers, system integrators, security providers and MSSPs to accelerate market reach.
  • AccountManagement: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • ExecutiveEngagement: Lead strategic discussions with C-level executives to align digiDations’ offerings with business outcomes and cybersecurity priorities.
  • CustomerWorkshops: Organize and facilitate workshops to demonstrate value, identify new opportunities, and foster collaboration.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to align go-to-market strategies and improve customer acquisition effectiveness.
  • Forecasting& Reporting: Track and report sales metrics, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts to executive leadership.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales or business development within the cybersecurity domain.
  • DomainExpertise: Proven track record selling AEV, VAPT, or related cybersecurity product and services to enterprise customers.
  • SalesLeadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and grow sales pipelines from initial outreach to deal closure.
  • RelationshipSkills: Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders on cybersecurity and digital transformation topics.
  • PartnerExperience: Experience building and managing strategic alliances or partner networks.
  • Analytical& Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify growth opportunities, shape value propositions, and translate technical capabilities into business impact.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant technical certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) is a plus.
