Overview
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for business development, partnership management, and team management to achieve business growth objectives in the retail industry. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the sales and support team, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of partner inquiries, concerns, and issues
- Addressing challenges promptly and effectively, working closely with internal teams and external partners to implement solutions and minimize disruptions
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing team to develop strategies to maximize partner engagement and revenue generation for both our online and roadshow events.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales and market share, effectively positioning our products or services to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with business partners to drive collaboration and mutual success
- Experienced with how to plan roadshow events to build up company branding and gain more market share.
- Monitoring business partner performance and service levels, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service excellence commitments.
- Overseeing the approval process, including manpower management, proposals, and all sales-related matters
Qualifications
- Applicants with at least 1 year of proven experience in 3C retail and roadshow events are welcome to apply.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, offering tailored solutions and actions to meet client needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong command in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) as this role requires you to liaise with our internal and external suppliers.
