So, what's the role all about?

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our APAC team, based in Singapore and focused on the SAEGC region (Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam). As the first point of contact for potential customers, you’ll introduce them to NiCE, uncover their needs, and create qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives (AEs).

You’ll work a mix of inbound and outbound prospecting, supported by Marketing, Sales, and Channel teams. You'll research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and engage prospects with thoughtful, targeted outreach. From day one, you'll benefit from regional mentorship, training, and a team committed to seeing you succeed.

How will you make an impact?
  • Generating new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and timely follow-up in your assigned territory (Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam).
  • Engaging key decision-makers, introducing NiCE’s product suite, and booking discovery calls with AEs.
  • Managing and progressing early-stage leads, including Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), to maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Documenting activities, insights, and lead interactions accurately in our CRM tools.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly targets for discovery calls and qualified opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong product knowledge across NiCE’s solutions.
  • Working closely with regional Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to align on territory plans and account strategies.
  • Participating in training and ongoing coaching to continually sharpen your skills.
Have you got what it takes?
  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS (other industries welcome).
  • Experience selling into or engaging prospects in Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand markets.
  • Strong communication skills, especially when speaking with senior decision-makers.
  • Natural curiosity with strong questioning skills to uncover genuine business needs.
  • Resilient, coachable, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Motivated by results and excited to be part of a high-performing team.
