Qualifications

• Creative with strong knowledge of detailed design drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max or SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Preferably 1 year or more of relevant experience in interior design and/or sales.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts tailored to client needs.
• Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and presentations.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and manage the sales process.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and manage the sales process from consultation to closing.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support the business.
