Work Days: 5-day work week
Compensation: Basic salary + attractive commission

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Sales Executive to grow our dental and medical consumables, as well as medical scrubs business. You will manage existing clinic accounts, upsell our product range, and actively open new accounts through daily clinic visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management
  Take care of existing clinic customers (dental, medical, and others where applicable)
  Maintain strong relationships and provide excellent follow-up service
  Upsell and cross-sell consumables and scrubs to increase order value
• New Business Development
  Daily clinic knocking / visits to open new accounts
  Identify potential customers and decision-makers in clinics and healthcare facilities
  Present our product range and value proposition confidently
  Follow up on leads and convert them into regular buying accounts
• Sales & Reporting
  Achieve monthly sales targets (existing and new customers)
  Prepare simple sales updates and reports on customer feedback, opportunities, and challenges
  Work closely with the internal team on pricing, stock availability, and delivery arrangements

Requirements

• Preferably some experience in sales, medical / dental supplies, or uniforms / apparel
• Comfortable doing door-to-door clinic visits and meeting people face-to-face every day
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Possession of a valid driving licence and/or own transport is an advantage (but not always compulsory)
