Responsibilities

Sales Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely processing of customer requests.
- Handle sales order processing including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing with accuracy and efficiency.

Customer Service & Support
- Professionally manage a high volume of customer inquiries, providing effective solutions and maintaining excellent service standards.
- Deliver proactive support to clients, addressing issues promptly and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Business Development & Lead Management
- Actively source and follow up on new sales opportunities through inbound leads and market engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key external customer contacts to strengthen business opportunities.

Project Coordination & Team Collaboration
- Coordinate projects and assist the lead manager in ensuring tasks are completed according to agreed plans and schedules.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams including Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to streamline operations.

Reporting & Documentation
- Assist in the preparation and submission of relevant reports and tender documents.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication of project and sales updates.

Training & Development
- Participate in regular online and offline product training sessions arranged by vendors to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
