A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator/Executive to support the sales team. Responsibilities include communicating with customers, preparing quotations, evaluating vendor prices, and maintaining a customer database. Successful candidates should have strong communication skills in English and Chinese, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. The role is permanent with a Monday to Friday work schedule.
Sales Coordinator / Executive
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The sales support representative will be responsible for supporting Sales department, client leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
To be successful as an inside sales representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A sales support representative should also be self-driven.
Main Responsibilities
· Communicate with customers,
· Handles incoming enquiries, and follow up on leads;
· Prepare quotation and formalise sales proposal based on client requirement
· Support and prepare both technical and commercial proposals for tender submission.
· Evaluate the quotations from vendors and subcontractors, liaise, and negotiate with suppliers for the price
· Prepare tender documentation, including cost summary, cost analysis, risk assessments, and approval documentation.
· Submit completed tender proposal to meet customer deadlines & requirements.
· To submit a detailed response to the inquiry documentation and provide answers/responses to any subsequent requests for clarification.
· Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
· Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
· Coordinate and work with Digital Marketing in regards to Sales and marketing related work
· Ad-hor activities that is instructed by immediate supervisor
Job Requirements
· verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking counterpart
· Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
· 1 - 2 years relevant working experience is preferred
· Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
