Job summary

A leading distributor company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage customer orders and coordinate with internal teams. The role requires a minimum O-Levels qualification and proficiency in Microsoft Office. As a member of the sales team, you will provide support in processing sales orders and maintaining records. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous but not necessary as training will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus.

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Distributor - piping
  • Position Title: Sales Coordinator
  • Working Location: Woodlands
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 9:00am to 6:00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and follow up on customer sales orders and quotations
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Update customers on order status, delivery timelines, and stock availability
  • Maintain accurate sales records and documents in the system
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide basic product/technical support (training provided)
  • Prepare simple sales reports and support inventory tracking when needed
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with internal coordination
  • Ensure all sales activities follow company procedures and customer service standards
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned
