Responsibilities
  • Coordinate & processing of related sales matters
  • Preparing DO, sales invoices
  • Experience dealing with customers, creating quotations and invoices, and coordinating delivery dates
  • Understanding of B2B (corporate sales)
  • Process sales orders and follow up on order status, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking
  • Knowledge of the semiconductor and electronic parts industry
  • Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics
Language Skills
  • English & Chinese: For internal and external communication (with local staff, customers, suppliers)
IT Skills
  • Experience using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
Communication Skills
  • Able to work with a multinational team
  • Build trust with customers
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and work independently
Multitasking and Flexibility
