Job summary

A leading industrial instrumentation company in Singapore is looking for a Sales Coordinator to liaise with customers and suppliers, manage inventory, and handle various administrative tasks. Candidates should be bilingual in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
  • Handling customer inquiries and issuing quotations, POs, DOs, and invoices.
  • Managing inventory and arranging delivery.

Skills

Bilingual in English & Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Minimum 'O' level

  • Delivery arrangement
  • Other administration and documentation as and when assigned
  • Back up support with other sales coordinators
Requirements
  • Minimum ‘O’ level Bilingual in English & Mandarin (To liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office application
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice
  • Minimum 1 year Experience
