Job summary

A logistics and supply chain firm in Singapore is looking for a professional to manage continuous supply and relationships with stakeholders in the automotive industry. Responsibilities
  • Understand and align with the vision, annual missions, and fiscal year directions set by HQ, and group of company
  • Ensure continuous parts supply in company’s distribution channels by establishing a business continuity plan (BCP).
  • Facilitate transparent and interactive communication to address irregularities and expedite decision‑making.
  • Propose and drive continuous improvements in business and operations to enhance overall branding.
  • Maintain relationships with all stakeholders, especially in supply chain management (SCM).
  • Promote and upsell automotive parts to assigned customers based on market needs.
  • Facilitate common understanding of plans and statuses on SPI factors across the supply chain and lead recovery actions.
  • Attend to enquiries with value‑adding services and provide accurate updates on any supply disruptions.
  • Equip oneself with product and industry knowledge to offer valuable advice on efficient and economic parts supply.
  • Review and process orders and claims.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive SPI reports for each assigned customer.
  • Build and manage relationships with stakeholders to enhance collaboration on operational improvement projects.
  • Support the setting of annual price data.
  • Achieve agreements on business outlines with customers.
  • Support relevant BCP activities, including being a secondary person‑in‑charge.
  • Travel regionally as approved to manage the above responsibilities.
Requirements
  • 2 years of sales experience in logistics or supply chain (automotive industry is a plus).
  • Proficiency in SAP (SD/MM modules), Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with logistics terminologies and Incoterms.
  • Proactive in finding ways to improve work processes
  • Willingness to travel regionally 2-3 days a month.
