Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an administrative professional responsible for filing, data collection, and receptionist duties. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of ‘O’ Levels education, be able to communicate in English and Mandarin, and possess at least one year of experience in administration. This role involves supporting various administrative functions and maintaining accurate records within the organization.

Job description
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper filing and storage of sales documents
  • Follow applicable ISO and internal procedures
  • Help collect data for analysis purposes, inventory data for forwardingto customers
  • Perform administrative job as receptionist, preparing drinks for guests
  • Perform other administrative jobs (e.g. data entry, updating customercomplaint or customer commitment database)
  • Work with inter- or intra-department members to maintain and update accurately records related to production, QC, laboratory testing, and analysis for sales purpose
  • Write/file/distribute as and when necessary sales meeting minutes
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by your immediate supervisor
Minimum Job Requirements:

1. Education & Training:

  • Secondary / ‘O’ Levels education or equivalent
  • Able to speak, read and write simple English & communicate with Mandarin speaking associates

2. Experience

  • 1 year experience in Administration
