As a Sales Associate with over 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in the Insurance domain, you will be responsible for managing accounts and territories in the India region. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales revenue targets by creating and executing account plans for users in the assigned territory.You should possess the ability to sell concepts and solutions at a senior level. Previous experience in enterprise IT vendor environments, particularly in India, with some actuarial experience and client relationships in the India region, will be highly beneficial.Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work in a team selling environment and with virtual teams, as well as partner organizations. An understanding of business issues in the life and non-life insurance industry, as well as actuarial-based Risk Management solutions, is essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in other languages would be advantageous.Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Insurance in APAC, this Sales Associate position will be based in India. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT/Computers-Software, with a focus on sales in the Insurance industry. Key skills required for this role include Insurance Sales, Risk Management, actuarial knowledge, and selling Insurance Application Software.Education qualifications for this position include a B.Sc/B.Com/M.Sc/MCA/B.E/B.Tech degree.
