Overview

Roborock, full-time Sales Assistants: Love smart home tech & customer interaction? Join Roborock – a global leader in premium robot vacuums and smart home appliances! We’re looking for passionate Full-Time Sales Assistants to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our retail flagship!

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,100 – $2,800 (commensurate with experience)
• Eligible for monthly sales incentives
• 6-day work week, 44 hours (rotating retail shifts)
• Work Location: Islandwide Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and build genuine customer relationships
• Understand and share Roborock product features, benefits & smart home solutions
• Drive sales and contribute to overall store performance
• Handle cashiering and assist with daily sales reporting
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure strong visual merchandising
• Assist with inventory and daily retail operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, ideally in electronics, appliances, or lifestyle brands
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Passionate about technology, innovation, and customer satisfaction
• Energetic, positive team player with strong communication skills
• Leadership experience is a plus (for senior positions)
