Job description

• Helps the company communicate and work with local key account (KA) clients in Singapore, managing daily communications and maintaining good client relationships.
• Oversee order execution, including product listing, scheduling, and coordinating promotional activities.
• Handle import/export procedures for fresh produce, prepare customs clearance documents, and ensure proper labeling and shelf standards.
• Work closely with the supply chain, warehouse, and logistics team to ensure orders are completed on time and with high quality.
• Manage client feedback and help improve internal processes to boost customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in the fresh produce or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry and familiarity with working processes for local key account clients in Singapore (for example, NTUC) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, execution, and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin to facilitate communication between Chinese and local teams.
