About the role

This is a full-time Sales and Clinic Manager position with a well-known aesthetic clinic in the Orchard Central Region. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business, and to ensure excellent customer service. The Manager will also be in charge of overseeing the monthly sales revenue. This is a strategic role that plays a vital part in contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you will be doing

1. Manage all administrative and operational aspects of the clinic, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
2. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
3. Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures
4. Oversee the training and development of clinic staff
5. Monitor clinic performance and identify areas for improvement
6. Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards
7. Set targets and work towards revenue target through excellent customer service
