We are looking for a Sales Administrator / Coordinator to support our indoor sales operations and customer retention efforts. This role involves handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and purchase orders
  • Make outbound calls to support customer engagement and retention
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases accurately
  • Support sales administration and coordination activities
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum O Level / A Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma, or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred
  • Knowledge or experience in the chemical-related industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
