A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an organized Internal Sales Coordinator to support sales operations. This role involves processing sales orders, coordinating with teams, and providing customer support. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing/distribution industry, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and excels in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a competitive salary with additional bonuses.
$3,000 basic + Bonus + AWS
5 days 9am to 6pm

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Internal Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. This role involves managing sales orders, coordinating with internal teams, and providing timely support to customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and enjoys working collaboratively.
Process and follow up on customer sales orders and quotations
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment
Update customers on order status, delivery schedules, and stock availability
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation in the system
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide basic technical/product support
Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking as needed
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and internal coordination
Ensure all sales activities comply with company procedures and customer service standards
2 years of experience in manufacturing and/or distribution/logistics industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus
Able to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
