Sales Coordinator
  • $3,000 basic + Bonus + AWS

  • 5 days 9am to 6pm

  • Woodlands Ave 9, will relocate to Yishun Industrial part A in 2026 (Q2)

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Internal Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. This role involves managing sales orders, coordinating with internal teams, and providing timely support to customers. Responsibilities:
  • Process and follow up on customer sales orders and quotations

  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment

  • Update customers on order status, delivery schedules, and stock availability

  • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation in the system

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide basic technical/product support

  • Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking as needed

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and internal coordination

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company procedures and customer service standards

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in manufacturing and/or distribution/logistics industry
