Job summary

A multinational company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage sales orders and administrative duties. The role requires a minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include processing orders, liaising with customers, managing inventory, and generating reports. Responsibilities

  • Ensure all sales orders are entered accurately and timely.
  • Issue and process sales orders.
  • Prepare, check, and file packing lists, invoices, and delivery orders.
  • Generate credit notes, debit notes, or replacement notes for returned goods.
  • Liaise with customers and handle sales enquiries.
  • Generate sales reports and update web orders.
  • Check inventory balance and order office supplies.
  • Handle e-orders, emails, and local purchase orders.
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Education

GCE 'N' Level qualification or above

  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Possess minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification or above with 1-2 years relevant experience
