We are seeking a dedicated Sales Admin to provide essential support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will assist agents with HDB resale submissions, manage transaction progress, and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. This role is crucial in enabling our sales agents to focus on their sales activities while maintaining a smooth operational flow.

Responsibilities
  • Assist agents in HDB resale submissions, including managing the resale portal and checklist.
  • Provide daily transaction support and administrative assistance to sales agents.
  • Track transaction progress, including OTP issuance, exercise, valuation, and completion dates.
  • Follow up on pending or cold leads as directed by the sales team.
  • Assist in preparing weekly sales reports and manage pipeline tracking.
  • Coordinate with Ops Manager and Team Leaders to address sales flow issues.
  • Remind agents of deadlines and ensure all necessary documents are submitted.
  • Support the onboarding process for new agents, including CEA registration and administrative procedures.
  • Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and templates for sales processes.
  • Assist in conducting training sessions on administrative workflows.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in sales or real estate.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sales management software.
