Working Day: 5 days
Working Hour: 9:30am-6pm
Salary Range: $2,500-$3,000
Annual Leave 14 days, Company Variable Bonus, Individual Performance Bonus
Main Duties: Connect with existing clients inside CRM to send EDM, Promotions, Deals etc.
Support Sales Team: Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, managing client inquiries and order processing.
Prepare Documentation: Create sales reports, presentations, and other necessary documents to aid in sales operations.
Liaison: Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth sales operations.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate records and update customer information in our systems.
Implement Initiatives: Support the introduction of new sales strategies and process improvements.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Administrative Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency in using MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary for daily tasks.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in sales or administrative roles, especially in customer service, is highly valued.
Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems and work both independently and as part of a team.
