A recruitment agency is looking for a Sales Account Manager in the semiconductor industry. The role involves driving sales, managing client relationships, and analyzing market trends.   • Study and analyze market trends to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the operations team to meet clients’ expectations.
  • Manage client accounts on billing and contractual matters.

Overview
  • Position: Sales Account Manager (Semiconductor Industry Preferred) with Commission
  • Location: Gambas Crescent
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6:30PM
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 Basic before Commission + AWS + 14 Days Leave
  • Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive and grow the sales of existing account base and penetrate into new accounts.
  • Widen the market share, clientele of the Company’s and range of services.
  • Managing & retaining relationships with existing key clients and their key middle management personnel.
  • Quickly respond to customers’ requests (RFQ) & providing quotes with excellent follow up.
  • Study & analyze the market trends to ensure achieving sales targets.
  • Commercial negotiations with stakeholders (clients).
  • Work closely with the company operations team to ensure clients’ expectation.
  • Manage client’s accounts on billing and contractual matters.
  • Other ad-hoc activities assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales or customer relationship roles.
  • Familiarity with sales software, ERP/CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
