• Registered Safety Officer (SO) with MOM.
• Minimum 3 years of post-registration experience in building construction projects.
• Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) certification from NEA.
• Registered Environmental Control Management Officer (ECMO) certification from IES.
• Knowledge of Environmental Impact Assessment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and implement the project’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and EHS management systems to achieve safety, health, and environmental performance targets. Drive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct site inspections and incident investigations, manage risk assessments and emergency preparedness, and maintain accurate EHS documentation and reporting. Collaborate closely with project teams, management, clients, and government agencies; support audits and certifications; mentor EHS staff; oversee environmental management and waste control; and handle EHS committee coordination and ad-hoc safety tasks to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.

Requirements

• Registered Safety Officer (SO) with MOM
• Minimum 3 years of post-registration experience in building construction projects (HDB or public sector)
• Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) certification from NEA
• Registered Environmental Control Management Officer (ECMO) certification from IES
• Knowledge of Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Management and Monitoring Programme (EMMP) (advantageous)
