We are looking for you, Safety & Integrated Management System Engineer, to join our Safety Team in the Singapore Refinery.
In this role you will focus on adopting Neste Operations Excellence Management System (OEMS) and translating it to the Singapore refinery Integrated Management System (IMS) with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, SS651 and best practices. You will provide your expertise to lead the Singapore refinery IMS, ensuring safety compliance is analysed, updated, and sustained.
You will collaborate closely with the Singapore Safety department and our Corporate Safety Team in Finland. As the local administrator of the Neste Continuous Improvement Reporting System, you will manage, analyse, trend, gain insights, and learn from refinery unsafe conditions, near‑misses, incidents, and audit management.
In our Safety team, you will report to the Safety Manager and support safety‑related tasks to achieve our common goals. Together with you and your expertise, we can make an impact today and keep our promises for tomorrow.
