Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience working directly with customers, preferably in SaaS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail to improve customer experience.
  • Passion for creating a great customer experience with remote customers.
  • Growth mentality with a self-motivated approach to learning.
  • Familiarity with web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from customers via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Advise customers on software usage to meet their needs.
  • Track interactions in Salesforce.
  • Assist prospects during their trial period.
  • Communicate product and feature requests to Product Managers.
  • Help Customer Success Managers with large clients.
  • Contribute to the Support Knowledge-base.
  • Conduct product demos and account reviews.
