Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years experience in central kitchen or food manufacturing.
• Experience with ready-to-eat (RTE) or chilled/frozen food production.
• Comfortable working flexible hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop RTE/RTH products suitable for mass production.
• Plan and execute end-to-end production in a central kitchen.
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Skills

Central kitchen or food manufacturing experience
