A luxury hotel in Singapore is seeking a Rooms Coordinator who will deliver excellent service and assist in the efficient running of Reception. The ideal candidate will possess at least G.C.E. 'O' levels and ideally a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management, along with a minimum of 6 months of experience in hotel operations. Strong customer relations, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Rooms Coordinator is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
