TENTEN Partners is seeking a seasoned Associate Director / Director to lead our Risk & Compliance recruitment practice across Singapore and Hong Kong. With a strong track record and a well-established client and candidate network, you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint, delivering outstanding results, and shaping one of TENTEN Partners’ core practices within the Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Market and Business Development

  • Build and expand TENTEN’s risk & compliance recruitment capability across Singapore and Hong Kong.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and established networks.

Client and Candidate Engagement

  • Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Deliver top-tier candidates with a consistent emphasis on exceptional candidate experience.

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing roles and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Use advanced recruitment techniques, including Boolean search and talent mapping, to source high-quality candidates.

Market Insights and Advisory

  • Provide clients and candidates with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and adapt strategies to remain competitive in the market.

Networking and Brand Building

  • Represent TENTEN Partners at industry events and conferences to enhance our brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong professional networks to create a sustainable pipeline of top talent and client referrals.
Essential Requirements
  • 7–10 years of recruitment experience, with a specialized focus on risk and compliance roles.
  • Fully self-sufficient as a 360 recruiter.
  • Experience leading teams is a plus.
  • Track record of placing mid to senior level roles within Financial Services sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends, client needs, and talent availability in your core practice.
  • Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software, ATS/CRM platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Well-established professional network across Singapore and Hong Kong.
