• Keep up to date on the latest trend for retail sector
• Prepare annual budgets, financial and monthly reports, and monitor performance
• Work closely with other departments to support in marketing event and strengthen tenant relation
• Incentives for direct deal
• Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor or management

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or relevant field
• Min 2-3 years relevant experience working in similar position
• Creative, resourceful, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems
