Job summary

A luxury retail company is seeking a dedicated professional to manage day-to-day operations at their outlets located in Changi Airport. The role involves providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining inventory. Candidates should have at least 3 years in retail sales, possess strong selling skills, and be customer service oriented. Flexibility in shift hours is essential, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in the retail sales industry.
• Passion for luxury retail is advantageous.
• Must be able to commit to retail shift hours.

• Manage day-to-day operations according to the SOP.
• Provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Liaise with buyer regarding inventory replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations according to the Company’s SOP
• Provide excellent customer service and good sales performance
• Liaise with Buyer and warehouse on inventory replenishment / movement
• Daily email checking and sales update
• Sound knowledge of brands and products through regularly updates oneself with latest product knowledge
• Motivate and drive sales to meet sales targets
• Cashiering, bank deposits and submit reconciliation reports to Account dept
• Regular and timely visual merchandising and housekeeping
• Roster planning and leave planning.
• Responsible for new staff orientation and training/coaching
• Ensure the relationship with clients is of top-notch service
• Implement proper visual merchandising both in the window and booth displays

Requirements

• Passion for Luxury Retail will be advantageous
• 3 years of retail sales industry
• Customer service oriented and able to commit to retails shift hours (Between 6.00am to 1am, including weekend and Public Holiday)
• Familiar with POS (point of sales) and ability to learn new technologies
• Excellent selling skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• English is a must
• Willing to work in various outlets locating in Changi Airport
