A leading Taiwanese eggroll company in Singapore is seeking enthusiastic retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain store standards. This full-time position requires members to work 44 hours a week and rotate between various store locations. Our retail stores are located at Jewel Changi Airport, Takashimaya Shopping Center, Raffles City.
Occasional support for short-term pop-up locations may be required.
Applicants who are willing to rotate between stores are highly preferred.
Customer Engagement: Welcome, smile, and approach customers with a warm, cordial attitude, always prioritizing exceptional customer service.
Sales & Transactions: Handle point-of-sale operations, process transactions accurately, and actively promote special offers to drive sales.
Store Maintenance: Keep the store environment clean, organized, and inviting, reflecting our high brand standards.
Daily Operations: Perform daily inventory counts and cash register reconciliations to ensure accurate stock levels and financial records.
Feedback & Collaboration: Gather customer feedback and work collaboratively with the team to enhance service quality and meet daily sales targets.
Full-Time Commitment: Full-time staff are required to work 44 hours per week, following store roster schedules and participating in store rotation assignments.
Passionate & Energetic: A positive, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for food and customer service.
Language Requirements: Good communication skills are required to support customers from different backgrounds.

Competitive Pay:Monthly salary ranging from $2,400 to $3,600, depending on experience, role scope and employment eligibility, plus commission incentives.
Attendance Bonus:Additional $100 monthly for consistent and reliable attendance.
