A. Retail & Sales Excellence (Front-of-House Shifts)
- Maximize Sales: Proactively help customers find products, handle sales transactions, actively upsell and cross-sell products, and use the cash register accurately.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our product range and trade-in process to provide expert advice and effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints, both online and in-store.
- Service & Leadership: Supervise and train junior staff, including interns and part-timers, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained across the sales floor.
B. Device Processing & Quality Control (Warehouse/Back-of-House Shifts)
- Device Testing & Grading: Perform comprehensive testing and diagnostics on incoming electronic devices (smartphones, gadgets, etc.) to accurately assess their functional and cosmetic condition.
- Processing & Preparation: Handle the processing of devices, which includes secure data wiping, quality checking, applying correct labels/SKUs, and preparing items for inventory.
- Listing Management: Take clear, high-quality photos of tested items and upload them swiftly to the inventory and sales system with accurate descriptions.
C. Inventory Support (Operations Shifts)
- Stock Management: Receive, organize, and maintain orderly stock within the warehouse, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and securely packed for online orders.
This role will need you to work 6 days per week.

Retail Store Shifts (All days including Public Holidays):
10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Warehouse Shifts (Every day excluding Public Holidays):
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
