  • Guide staff on issues affecting customer service
  • Assist Store Manager to achieve Monthly Shop CE Score
  • Maintain sufficient stock levels
  • Ensure effective stock management
  • Execute improvement actions based on audit reports

We are looking for RetailManager in planning operational processes for upcoming promotion and launches to achieve FY sales targets. The Manager will take the feedback on competitor's promotion and launch response.

Make an Impact by

Retail Operations

  • Ensure compliance to Retail Shop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintain the store housekeeping standards to enhance the appearance and cleanliness standard

Customer Experience

  • Work with Business Manager to ensure customer service standards are maintained
  • Guide staff on case studies/ issues that affect customer service and to solicit feedback and ideas for improvement.
  • Assist Store Manager achieve highest possible Monthly Shop CE Score

Inventory Management

  • RetailManager to maintain sufficient stock levels in the shop at all times.
  • Ensure effective stock management (minimize stock obsolescence, zero stock discrepancies etc.)

Audit

  • RetailManager to execute improvement actions based on Quarterly Audit / Internal Audit reports
