Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally from retail or hospitality. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are essential, along with a positive attitude. The role requires working on weekends and public holidays, and first aid training is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail, hospitality, or airline.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • First aid and AED training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Concierge Desk operations and systems.
  • Attend customer enquiries and deliver excellent service.
  • Support mall marketing and general administrative duties.
  • Engage shoppers in loyalty programme promotions.
