Purpose / Mission

Accountabilities
Primary Accountabilities
  • 1. Achieve individual and/or shared sales target assigned.
  • 2. Provide excellent customer service.
  • 3. Build rapport and customer loyalty.
  • 4. Proactively follow‑up on customer queries and needs.
  • 5. Respond positively to customer complaints.
  • 6. Use in‑store interactive tools and product promotions to drive sales.
  • 7. Commitment to team roster and positive attendance record.
  • 8. Keep abreast of latest sports news (or trends in fashion) in order to possess in‑depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively.
  • 9. Ensure that visual merchandising standards are adhered to all times.
  • 10. Operate POS efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
  • 11. Be presentable at all times in the selling area, adhering to grooming standards.
Secondary Accountabilities
  • 1. Keep the store environment clean, neat and tidy.
  • 2. Replenish merchandise, conduct stock check and manage fitting room or stock room.
  • 3. Adhere to company retail standards, operation procedure and policy.
Professional background / Experience

Functional: Experience in Retail / Sales
Industry: Preferably 3-6 months in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail
Exposure: Sports, Fashion

Education

Secondary / Certificate in Retail Management
