The role

We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Assistants to join our dynamic team at HLA GARMENT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our retail operations in the Central Region.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and processing sales transactions
  • Maintaining the visual merchandising and presentation of the store to create an inviting and appealing environment
  • Restocking and organising merchandise to ensure the store is well-stocked and tidy
  • Handling cash and electronic payments accurately and securely
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Contributing to the achievement of store sales targets and key performance indicators
What we're looking for
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive shopping experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of store presentation
  • Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
