POSTCARD is a Singapore-born fragrance and skincare brand built around the idea of Destination Self-Care. We design and manufacture our products in-house and run our own flagship store in Orchard. Some of our bestsellers include natural deodorant sprays (a fav amongst Yoga and Pilates instructors!) and perfumes, and we operate out of a really cute flagship store in Ngee Ann City! The Role
Be the On-Ground Operator for Our Flagship Store
You’ll spend time on-site at our Orchard store, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and stay on brand. Your focus is on observing what’s happening on the ground, keeping standards consistent, and flagging anything that needs attention.
Identify Issues and Drive Improvements
A big part of your role is noticing what can be done better — whether that’s store flow, SOPs, team coordination, or operational processes. You’ll raise issues, suggest improvements, and work closely with the managing team to discuss and implement changes once aligned.
Work Closely with the Retail Team
You’ll coordinate day-to-day logistics such as rosters, onboarding support, and materials, and act as a point of contact when questions come up. The goal is to enable the team to do their best work by keeping operations clear, organised, and well-supported.
Coordinate Partners, Events, and Activations
You’ll support stockists, partners, pop-ups, and community events by coordinating logistics, on-site execution, and follow-ups, ensuring the brand shows up consistently wherever it’s represented.
Support Operational Projects and Corporate Orders
You’ll help move operational projects forward by clarifying requirements, coordinating timelines, and keeping execution on track in collaboration with the managing team.
