Job summary

A hospitality company in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead the team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the food & beverage industry and demonstrate strong leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of F&B experience at a supervisory level.
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Extensive knowledge in food & beverages.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Assist in planning and executing shifts, ensuring adequate staffing and resource allocation.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service.
