- Providing guests with menus and answering initial questions.
- Assigning guests to preferred tables while managing table rotation.
- Engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
- Responding to and resolving guest complaints.
- Familiar with menu and products.
- Assisting in other positions as needed.
