Job Description:

  • Oversee the restaurant’s profit and loss performance and implement effective cost-control strategies.

  • Manage budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure financial targets set by management are achieved or surpassed.

  • Drive restaurant profitability by prioritizing revenue and guest count growth, while also ensuring cost management remains efficient.

  • Supervise and coordinate the restaurant’s day-to-day operations.

  • Regularly review and enhance overall restaurant performance through cost evaluations and process monitoring.

  • Ensure food safety and operational standards are consistently upheld to provide guests with a safe and pleasant dining environment.

  • Deliver prompt and professional customer service, addressing and resolving service issues tactfully to maintain high guest satisfaction.

  • Improve operational efficiency by providing strong leadership aligned with the company’s service culture, aiming to optimize the customer experience.

  • Manage labor costs through proper workforce scheduling and by monitoring staff attendance and leave.

  • Participate actively in recruitment by identifying and selecting suitable candidates for entry-level roles.

  • Take part in staff counseling and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions to management, including termination when necessary.

  • Lead, supervise, and develop a team of supervisors and service staff to ensure optimal use of assigned manpower.

  • Handle all administrative responsibilities related to restaurant operations.

  • Perform any additional tasks or duties assigned by the Area Manager as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or any related fields.

  • Minimum of 6 years management experience in Food & Beverage industry.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
